Frequently Asked Questions
How can I contact you?
If you are not sure who you need to see, or have a general enquiry, please fill in the contact form on the Contact Us page and one of us will be in touch to help you as soon as possible. We do not have a central phone number.
If you want to speak to a specific therapist please select their name or therapy from the drop down menu and you will find their contact details.
Do you have a phone number?
No, there isn’t a central phone number for the clinic. If you need to contact your therapist please select their name or therapy from the drop down menu and you will find their contact details.
If you want to make a general enquiry about the clinic please fill in the form on the Contact Us page.
How accessible is your clinic
Our clinic is all on the ground floor. There is one low step through the front door.
All of the treatment rooms are accessible to wheelchairs and we have a ramp available for the front door step-please let your therapist know if you will need this so they can be ready to help you.
Unfortunately the toilet is not large enough for a wheelchair.
Do you have parking?
We do have space for at least 4 cars so you will usually find space available, however we can’t guarantee it. There are two spaces to the right hand side of the building and 2 spaces in front of the building.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Please check this with your therapist. We do not have a waiting room so anyone you bring will need to be in the treatment room with you unless you have made specific arrangements with your therapist.
What should I do when I arrive?
We do not have a waiting room so we kindly ask you to ring the bell and then wait in your car or outside until the time of your appointment. Your therapist will come and collect you.
